Mall Mile

October 16th, 2008

Man, when I get old I wonder if I will be one of those people who gets up early, goes to the mall, and walks for a few hours. Not a bad idea really. Sometimes I go to the mall as soon as they open and see loads of seniors, chatting, drinking coffee, and walking around in the jogging suits. I guess its kinda cute. Its nice to see so many old people taking care of their health. The truth is that, the mall is like free gym. You can go and walk around inside, away from the elements, in air conditioning. There are places for them to take a rest all over the place. Seats, tables and benches are all over the place at the mall. Also there are tons of bathrooms, scattered throughout as well. If the walkers feel like a nice beverage, there are a number of places more than willing to accommodate there needs. Also you know what else lives at the mall. The Buffet! For ages, the buffet has been a meeting place for family and friends of all ages.
For me walking is never enough. I need to do some heavy exercise to make a dent in my calorie intake. What I do is take a Acceletrim before my workout or walk. It’s like giving my metabolism a jump start. That way a can really burn fat with only walking around. I’m going to need to take a real long walk after my time at the buffet. I could have a whole plate of French toast slathered in peanut butter, and maple syrup. Another plate just for the bacon. Well , next time i will remember the mall and all of it’s fringe benefits. Oh, I guess I still have the breakfast on my mind.
